We have teamed up with Ainsley from Being Grounded to bring a beautiful afternoon for kids.
Bringing together yoga and creativity to help kids with confidence building, inner strength and a positive mindset.
Yoga is a great way for kids (and adults) to improve their body awareness and to connect with their emotions. Couple this with creativity in an art activity that allows kids to explore their own individual taste and experience the process of making something from scratch promoting a sense of pride but also getting to know a little more about their own unique style of who they are.
