Your invited to come explore your 7 main energy centres known as the Chakra’s in this perfectly curated collaboration between The Zen Den and A Painters Dream.

We will journey with Nikki with the use of Yin Yoga, and specific poses to activate and create awareness to your energy centres. This practice will include Chakra focused Pranayama and meditation.

We will then get creative with painting a chakra themed painting with the guidance of A Painters Dream.

This event includes a surprise gift and booklet from us to you to help you stay connected to your energy centres long after this event. Snacks and herbal teas provided during the painting session. Cost: $90PP - all inclusive, all you have to do is book in and show up!

Please note: NO yoga, painting or Chakra knowledge/experience is required. This is also suitable if you are not a beginner to either the chakras, yoga or painting. All levels welcomed and accommodated for. Please also note that the painting in the ad is a example of what your painting could look like. The painting included in the workshop may change but will be relevant to Chakras.
